Axiory’s Mission

“Our mission is to challenge the financial market status-quo through the use of brilliant people and Purple Technology.”

Challenge the status-quo means that we will not replicate what hundreds of our competitors do. We love to do things our own way and we always have our customers in mind.

Brilliant people means that we hire only people who understand the H2H principle. Our human to human approach means that we always try to help customers, understand their needs, and offer them services that surpass their expectations. Our people are committed to their work, and love what they do. This is the best way to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality products backed up by our excellent customer service.

Purple Technology means our systems are simple, easy to use, and useful. Minimalist but functional design is always our goal. It also means that we fully understand that some markets are specific and we try to adapt as much as possible. That is why we create unique user interfaces specifically for certain regions. We want to better understand local customers in order to best satisfy his or her needs.

Excellent Customer Service

AXIORY provides high-quality customer support to its clients all around the globe. Our customer support team goes through OJT (on-the-job-training) and can assist clients with diverse types of questions, from the basics of FX to the use of trading applications, navigation of our website, as well as technical questions, such as back-office support and account funding-related issues.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Axiory is a global group that understands that involvement in local countries / regions, and contribution to social development while incorporating long-sighted social responsibility is very important.

Disaster support program

In our AXIORY group, we proactively give financial support to some regions of the world affected by disaster or conflict. Part of the funds obtained by sales are donated through various United Nations agencies and NGOs. We are very devoted to supporting humanitarian activities in these areas.

Carrying out emergency assistance for the major earthquake in Nepal that happened in 2015:

On April 25th, a large earthquake (M7.8) occurred in Nepal. Serious damage happened in a wide range of areas, including the capital of Kathmandu. AXIORY group made a donation of USD 10,000.00 from the operating profits, and gave financial support through “UNICEF Czech Republic” for the reconstruction assistance of the affected areas.

Due to our donors and friends, we can save 3 million children’s lives yearly and, therefore give these children the chance for a better future.

UNICEF is the only UN organization not financed by the UN. Its programmes can only be realized due to voluntary contributions of governments, businesses, foundations, and individuals.
