You are welcome to open a corporate account with AXIORY. If you experience losses with a corporate account, the corporation tax law can be applied which enables a tax advantaged fund. We provide the same possibilities for STP accounts and ECN accounts. Also, in the case of a corporate account, we appoint a “fund operator” in addition to a “corporate representative”. Fund operators have the authority to transfer funds to you solely at their discretion. We provide concierge services for our corporate account clients. In addition, depending on the amount of operating funds, we are able to offer a special spread, contact us to take advantage of the following elite benefits:

How to open a corporate account

STEP 1: Please complete your application

In order to open a new corporate account, please complete the application. Click on “open a corporate account” in the next step and then move to the account opening form.

STEP 2: Submit necessary documents

Follow the steps necessary to verify the corporation and individuals by sending us corporation identification documents, such as:

Directors of the company:

• Proof of identity (passport/National ID card)
• Proof of residence (Utility bill, Bank statement, Social security card, Driver’s license)

Ultimate beneficiary owners of the company:

• Proof of identity (passport/National ID card)
• Proof of residence (Utility bill, Bank statement, Social security card, Driver’s license)

Company

• Certificate of incorporation
• Certificate of good standing
• Memorandum & articles of association
• Certificate of registered office
• Certificate of registered shareholders
• Certificate of directors and secretary
• Resolution of the board of directors for opening the account
• Copy of the trust deed/agreement concluded between nominee shareholder and the beneficial owner
• Group structure Document
• Example of group structure

These documents can be scanned or photos can be taken in the file type you prefer.

STEP 3: Submit the Board of Directors decision documentation

Board of Directors decisions (resolutions of meetings of the board of directors) requires the signature of all directors, please submit files online as digital data (pdf).

STEP 4: Receiving login information

When you finish your registration, you will receive an e-mail with your login information including username, password, and link for downloading your preferred trading platform.

STEP 5: Making your first deposit is necessary to begin trading

We offer several options for making your initial deposit of funds such as a bank transfer, credit card, or BitPay (BitCoin).

STEP 6: Start trading

As soon as the deposit payment has been confirmed, it is possible to begin trading immediately. Now you can experience the high-spec trading platforms of AXIORY.

Required documents in order to open a corporate account

In order to open a corporate account, we require the following certificates:

1. Income verification documents
2. Copy of the corporation’s current address verification documents
3. Board of Directors identification documents
4. Board of Directors current address verification documents 5. In addition, we require signatures of all directors of the company.

Statements are required in the corporation’s name

• Historical records including copies of the corporation’s registration

OR

• A copy of the articles of incorporation

AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Utility bill
• Bank use specification
• Registration certificates

Documents of the Board of Directors (representatives)

Submit one of the following:

• Automobile driver’s license
• Passport
• Photo with Resident registration card

And of of the following:

• Specification, utility bill
• Bank card usage specification
• Various health insurance card, etc.

1: Verification documents

The official name of the corporation and current address are required from public institutions.

• Certificate of Incorporation (establishment permit)
• Current Company Statement or Company Extract

2: Income and current address verification documents

We require documents for verification of your current address, not older than 6 months.

• Specification, utility bill
• Bank statement specification (we can also accept a reference letter from your bank)

3: The Directors’ identity verification documents (with photo)

Documents with name, date of birth, and photo are needed, please provide one of the following:

• Automobile driver’s license
• Passport
• Foreigner registration card

4: Board of Directors current address verification documents

We require verification documents of the directors’ current addresses not older than 6 months. Documents need to be from a 3rd party, such as:

• Health insurance card
• Receipt from payment of a utility bill
• Receipt of phone charges
• Bills from various banks and credit card companies
• Resident’s card
• Tax related documents
