Required documents for trading

Approval is done after the verification of documents is completed.

In AXIORY, according to the instructions of regulatory agencies, and in order to provide a safe and healthy trading environment for customers, we ask you to send us a scan of your ID documents with your name and photograph visible, one other identity document (such as a passport or driver’s license) and one proof of residence (must be dated and be less than 6 months old).

Identity verification documents (with photo)

We need a valid ID with your full name, date of birth, and photograph. ID’s such as driver’s license or passport are valid for the second ID needed.

Driver’s license

On your driver’s license, the expiration date needs to be visible as well. Please upload both sides of the document.

Passport

Passport scans must have your photo, name, and expiration name visible. You only need to send us a scan of the front side of the passport (the main page).

Standard ID

Send ID scans with expiration dates as well. ID’s without a photo cannot be accepted. Both sides of the document are needed.

Current address documents

We need proof of your current address. Documents must be from a 3rd party and cannot be older that 6 months. More details listed below.

Receipt of various public utility charges

Various utility bills will be accepted. They need to contain your name, and address and must be dated. Only documents less than 6 months old will be accepted.

Receipt of telephone charges

Phones invoices with visible address and date of issue will be accepted as well.

Bills of various banks and credit card companies

Bills and invoices from your bank and/or credit card company with visible address and date of issue will be accepted if they are not older than 6 months.

Resident’s card

Resident card (a copy), with visible address and date of issue will be accepted but it must not be older than 6 months. If your resident’s card is on a separate sheet, it will not be accepted.

Tax related documents

Residence taxes, tax notice, such as automobile tax (certificate) with visible address and date of issue will be accepted if it is not older than 6 months. In addition, you can use tax documentation only with a supervisor’s approval.
